Kelly Services Adds ‘Second Life’ to Its List of Global Locations
Kelly’s virtual island offers interactive job scenarios to engage SL residents

Kelly Services recently launched its virtual island in Second Life.
The interactive island opened to SL residents on Saturday, April 21, 2007. To support these initiatives, Kelly has created a micro site which includes tips for getting started in Second Life, a teleport link to and snapshot pictures of Kelly’s virtual island.
As part of the initial launch, Kelly Services Island will provide in-world residents an on-line, interactive gaming experience where avatars are able to participate in a range of job-scenario adventures. Visitors also have the opportunity to inquire about real-world career opportunities that exist through Kelly.
To help track and analyze island activity, Kelly Services is using Second Analytics,
a state-of-the-art tool created by Second Labs.
This tool will provide Kelly with relevant information to analyze island activities, a method to keep in touch with visiting avatars and an opportunity to enhance the overall user experience.
